Juliana,

Gemma Davison: Kelly Smith and Karen Carney, they are so technically gifted you can't teach that!

You can also play in midfield. What is your role now?
Elodie,
Marseille, France

One role and that’s to win every game!

You can dribble and cross the ball is it better you do both as a winger, or perfect one?
Dave,
Perth, Australia

What have you learnt from older players such Kelly Smith, Rachel Yankey and Jane Ludlow?

Keisha,
London, England

To be confident and do what you do best!

Last year you played as well as anyone on the team. Is it harder to play at that level every game, or is that the level you expect from yourself now?
Elisha,
Norwich, England

Once you have a great game you should always look to play even better than that the next game!

Describe Arsenal's playing style?
Jane,
Goteborg, Sweden

Dynamic short sharp 1,2 touch football, and quick counter attacking football!

At last Tiago tells us! Ha,ha,ha…
The past 6 weeks have been tough for our editor falling sick and travelling so we went around and asked as many footballgirls as possible to ask him some questions while he got better. We spoke to him at the Uefa U19 finals in France
.

Exclusively here at footballgirl.com Tiago tells us some of his passions, the reasons behind the website and everything else us girls are interested in!

By Anja Moller Liebe Dich editor

Anja Moller : So what have you been up to since I last saw you?

Tiago: Well I was very sick as you know and spent a couple of days in hospital which was not nice but I got better. I would like to say thank you to all the people at the hospital who helped me and the man next to me who told me stories about when he used to play football. It was pretty cool waking up to hear some history everyday!!

AM: We have some questions to go through while you were sick.

TM: Yes. I could not answer them all because I was very tired most days.

Hello how long have you been working on the website and what made a boy make a site about girls football?
Anna
Tours, France

Tiago: Hello Anna. Well I have been working on the site for about 5 years. I did not know how to make it because I had no website construction skills. The idea was to make a super big site with lots of information but this was toooooo big for one person so I had to get some help.

Somebody told me to make it very small and make it grow year by year. If you have looked at the site you can see I still try and add somethings tooo quickly but it will be okay in the end.

I wanted to make something for females because I thought that there should be something. There are millions of females who play football or work in football and there was nothing good for them.

I also wanted to spread the beautiful energy I got from going to games. To me it is the same as male football but slowly I have falling very much in love with the female game and made many friends who play and coach now.

What are you doing here in France. Your French is not very good?
Maribel
Tours, France (aged 7)

Tiago: ha,ha,ha,ha,ha….well I am sorry my French is not good. I am here because of the female football U19 tournament. I am also here to support 4 players from the national team. (anja: in broken French!)

I went on your website last night with my father and my family like it very much. I do not understand the German pages though. I am learning German in school and do not understand some of the words. Will you have the website in French one day soon please?
Luisa
Tours, france

Tiago: Where are you getting these girls from? How many are there ( he counts ) ?
10! Have they all got questions? Ha,ha,ha..we should record this for the tv online section.

Anja Moller: They are from a local school here in Tours.

Tiago: Well Luisa the German page is not finished yet. The words you see are latin. I do not understand them either and I studied latin in school. Will there be a French page, yes Luisa. First though we have to spend some time on the English then slowly go to the Swedish and German pages. Then after that it will be something else but it is good you are learning a language, that is very important for you when you grow up okay.

One day when you are perfect at German you will come work for footballgirl.com?

Luisa: No. I want to play for Lyon. Goodbye.

Tiago: !

Who do you think will win the Olympics?
Marinette
Bordeaux, France

Tiago: I hope a country that has never won the tournament before wins. It is better for female football if new countries become winners as this makes more competition and helps give inspiration to other footballgirls in the world.
