The home of local team Audax Italiano the Estadio Municipal was opened in 1986.

 

 

 

The design of the stadium is well liked here at footballgirl and was voted as one of

the favourites by the footballgirls we polled at the European U19 Finals in France.

 

 

 

 

 

This is due to the beautiful colour scheme inherited by the stadium.

 

 

 

 

 

The four main corner placed floodlight will be the showpiece of this stadium.

The pitch will be the only stadium which will have high quality artificial grass.

 

 

 

 

The new metal structures replace the locally loved wood stands and the outside of the stadium as with the others will be totally revamped to include trees and car parking facilities.
